October, 1945 Established Kihara Iron Works in Niho, Hiroshima city.
Started manufacturing and selling of household ironware and farm equipment.
December, 1947 Established Mitsuba Industries Co., Ltd.
April, 1949 Started manufacturing of automotive parts as a subcontractor plant of Toyo Kogyo Co., Ltd.
Established Yamamoto Corporation in Niho, Hiroshima city.

October, 1961 Established a plant in Fuchu-cho, Aki-gun, and relocated the headquarters there.

Started manufacturing automotive parts upon receiving orders from Kurata Kinzoku Kogyo Co., Ltd., a subcontractor of Toyo Kogyo Co., Ltd.

November, 1969 Started business with ISEKI & CO., Ltd. and Hiroshima Precision Machine Co., Ltd.

June, 1971 Established Iwami Plant in Iwami, Shimane prefecture for business expansion. Started business with Satou Zouki Co., Ltd. and Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. for production expansion.
Established Mizuho Plant (current Mizuho Industries Co., Ltd.). 1972
September, 1973 Installed two 500-ton hydraulic press machines, one 300-ton oil hydraulic press machine, and six 150-ton blank press machines
in Senogawa Plant and Iwami Plant.
February, 1974 Expanded Iwami Plant with new painting line and rice transplanter assembly line
to start fully-integrated production of farm machines.
July, 1974 Advanced into the house appliance field and started manufacturing and selling of oil burning bath heater principally.
December, 1974 Released instantaneous water heaters.
Expanded sales of the house appliances to nation-wide network.
October, 1975 Released hot water boilers.
December, 1976 Installed a 500-ton hydraulic press machine in Senogawa Plant
Installed a 700-ton crank press machine in Iwami Plant.
Separated Mizuho Plant to establish Mizuho Industries Co., Ltd. 1979
Installed 500-ton and 1200-ton transfer press machines. April, 1980
June, 1980 Started installation of arc welding machine robots.
July, 1981 Started installation of spot welding machine robots.
Installed the second 1200-ton transfer press machine.
Established a new automatic welding line using robots during the same period.

December, 1983 Became a quality assurance plant for Toyo Kogyo Co., Ltd.
July, 1984 Installed a new 1200-ton transfer press machine in Senogawa Plant.
December, 1984 Established an automatic welding line for automobile frames in Senogawa Plant.
April, 1986 Installed new 500-ton and 600-ton press machines in Senogawa Plant.
Relocated the steel plant to the newly constructed plant in "Toubu ryuustuu danchi". August, 1986
Expanded the assembly plant with a 4-story building (plant).
Expanded and relocated the die finish plant.
September, 1986 Established the second plant in Senogawa Plant.
